Glass Tube Solar Hot Water System
EcoInnovation has been testing 5 of these low cost, low pressure solar hot water heating systems and we are glad to report they passed our testing no problem. We have found them to be surprisingly good and able to boil water on clear winter days - something a flat plate collector does not do. No wonder 10% of the Chinese population are using solar glass tubes collectors, good on them!
We have these items for sale, read and download our manual. The unit has a 200 litre stainless steel tank, 24 glass vacuum tubes and the frame is blue - not purple. Only suitable for very low pressure. We will not be getting them approved to NZ standards. Buy our other product if you want NZ standard approval.
We are of the opinion that these will find a market for those wanting to heat outside kiwi baths, hot tubs and for buildings that do not have/need permits or where the owner is not concerned about such issues. Collection only from New Plymouth depot. No freight. Bring your trailer.
