Solar Panel - high efficiency
These solar panels (made in the Europe) consist of the proven concept of copper riser tubes attached to copper absorber plates. The high performance panel has a slightly higher efficiency and is suitable for colder climates (NZ$900), central and lower North Island and South Island locations. This panel includes a low iron glass and a selective coating applied to the panel to optimize solar gain and minimize heat loss. We have stocks of these panels at our New Plymouth workshop - visit with your trailer. If you are outside of Taranaki then you may wish to visit wwwecosolar.co.nz to organise pick-up or delivery. These units are very cost effective and there is no excuse any longer not to go solar. Either use in a new building or retrofit to your existing tank. We hope to run at least one course per year for those wishing to DIY most of the installation themselves. Frost valves, fixing kits, and circulation pumps also available to order. These panels are NZ standard approved. The collectors are all 1.2m wide and is 1.9m high = 2.3m2.
