This wire is intended for long run dc applications on 48 vdc hydro systems or higher voltage DC applications using a DC to DC converter at the other end to your 12/24/48 volt battery bank. OK for direct burial in the ground. This wire can also be use for 230 vac applications from inverter to house underground connections.
