36 and 42 finger reduced core series for hydro and general applications

This generator series is supplied with the base models 100 or 80 or 60 series generator, wiring diagram and test graph at your voltage.

 Reduce core generators are mainly for high head low powered applications and specialised low power applications in other fields. Essentially we are cutting up a large smart drive generator to make a smaller one that will be more efficient at your application than the full size version. In essence making a smaller generator from a larger base unit.

 This can be any voltage from 1-500 vdc. If you supply your application data, running speed, shaft power and output voltage we can recommend the best option for you. EcoInnovation will rewire for you, no DIY option.

 The variants below can be made from 100, 80, 60 series 42 finger base Smart Drive units. Those in bold are not reduce core but complete units - shown for clarity only.

 Each base Smart Drive can be configured into 30 reduced core variants and 33 total options including non reduced core. Since the smart drive is available in 5 versions 100, 80, 60, 60dc and 60al then in theory it is possible to make 165 different generators that all have different characteristics. EcoInnovation has spent considerable resources testing and modelling these and we do have complete wiring diagrams and test graphs for all options at any voltage.
