Pressed steel rotor 1.5mm thick zinc plated to strengthen Smart Drive rotor for wind and wheel applications

 This new pressed part has been made by EcoInnovation for our Smart 500/800 range of wind turbines. The type 1 rotor fits directly inside but all other rotors have to be skimmed to the metal backing to fit as shown in picture. You glue the magnetic band into the pressed housing and then machine for a taper lock shaft fitting. The new rotor can then be mounted on a un-machined 25mm bright bar shaft, making life a lot easier for wind and wheel applications.
