For a very energy-efficient home (9 kWhrs/day at 48 vdc) and maximum sustained draw from system 2kW. Generator will be required for backup and batteries must be kept above 80% charged at all times.
Though included in the price, all batteries must be collected from your local Exide Batteries dealer. This is to help keep your costs down, as batteries are heavy and it is not cost-effective to ship them twice.
- 3 kW Mitsubishi solar PV
- MX60 solar regulator
- Transformer and rectifier for generator charging
- 3 kW Invertek/Powermaster pure sine-wave inverter
- 16 x RP12/200 batteries
- Battery links and cables to cabinet
- Battery fixings
Client to purchase a 5-6 kV A generator set as advised.
Installation up to inverter assuming PV array mounted directly onto a suitable roof.
