1 Year Install - Southern South Island
The One Year Installation warranty covers only the installation service, not defective products. A site visit for repair or maintenance of the system or component will be charged at normal rates. If the installation is proven to have been done improperly or negligently, the warranty claim will be honored, and the charges will be refunded.
The cost of your warranty will vary according to your distance from EcoInnovation. This is to cover travel costs. If you are in a very remote location (more than 1 hour from a major airport) then you must contact us directly.
