These units are available in several sizes, 1.5 kVA, 3kVA, and 6kVA.
We use them in our high voltage hydro to reduce voltage from the generator at the end of the transmission line.
We also offer these units for sale to people suitably qualified to work with voltages up to 1000 vac doing development work with generators where 3-phase voltage conversion is needed. These units are not for the DIY person. Not intended to be connected to grid power.
Suitable applications might include correcting the voltage of a 3-phase remote off grid hydro generator from 400 vac to a lower voltage then rectified for battery charging in situations where the generator cannot be altered or changed directly.
These units can also be used for those wanting to make variable ac/dc workshop power supplies for those qualified and experienced to do so.
