For those lucky customers that can generate all their power from hydro then you might want to keep some spares on hand. Most hydro customers live remote, well away from the grid in remote parts of the world. If there is a problem there is often no help at hand. Avoid problems by having a spare parts kits on the shelf.

 We hope you will never need it but if you do you can put on the spare. If the turbine is still under warrantee (0-10 years depending of purchase options) then you can ask us for a free part to be sent out to replace the spare used – no rush, no stress this way. Whatever the turbine problem you can always get going again and have piece of mind wherever in the world you might live.
