12 way Din rail plastic enclosure
This enclosure will find many applications in your renewable energy project. Please note that all solar PV strings need to have their own fuse and this 12 way enclosure can be used to make up a 12 string combiner box. Please note that only DC breakers or HRC Din rail fuses can be used for solar PV (do not use AC breakers). DC breakers tend to be deeper and you will need to cut these enclosures to make the DC breakers that we sell fit. This is easy to do or if you prefer look at our other products as we do offer this enclosure with HRC fuses and DC breakers already fitted and ready to go. Remember that DC breakers are polarized and must be connected the correct way round. The + sign needs to be on the most positive side under a fault condition. This will always be the battery sides on the system.
