8 way with DC breakers
This enclosure will find many applications in your renewable energy project. Please note that all solar PV strings need to have their own fuse. This 8 way enclosure is fitted 8 DC breakers. We can fit breaker rated for 6, 8 or 10 amps. The copper bus-bar in the prewired enclosure is 17 mm^2 and good for a maximum total input current of 80 amps at up to 150 vdc. Remember that DC breakers are polarized and must be connected the correct way round. The + sign needs to be on the most positive side under a fault condition. This will always be the battery side on the system.
