If you are using an existing account with a courier (like DHL) please make sure that you provide your account number and the shipment company's name in your Order Notes when you check out. This can be found at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. In this case EcoInnovation is not liable for any issues related to shipping.
EcoInnovation uses the New Zealand Postal Service for all our shipments. International shipments are insured for up to $1,500 NZD per package, higher-value goods are shipped in two or more packages.
Domestic shipments are covered for up to $1,500 per package.
The target deliver time is 1-3 business days domestically, 3 - 10 Business days internationally.
By purchasing an item to be shipped, the Terms and Conditions of the freighting company automatically apply to you, the customer. This means that in the event of a lost shipment claim, you must follow the process laid out by the freighting company in a timely fashion, and in turn, EcoInnovation will fill in the appropriate forms to support the claim. We will not send replacement goods until the insurance payment has been received or you decide to pay for the goods again. If the latter option is chosen, EcoInnovation will immediately forward the credit to you when received from the insurance company. We have been the target of scams, and will not be caught out again. We apologize if this inconveniences you, but it is not our fault when a package is lost in transit, and we will not carry the liability.
